ReplyDeleteMay as well be talking to the brickwall. MAin purpose of this call center is to frustrated people so much that they give up. Options offered do not cover issues with ADSL. Was hoping things had changed since I left Telkom 2 years ago, but hey it appears to have gotten worse. Can't wait till their is Fibre in my area so I can move to another provider that actually cares about customers and is service oriented. Want to save some money? close the call center down because the people that are there are only there to collect a cheque at the end of the month, pure and simple
ReplyDeleteI only want to know where to complain but you can not get an email address. I am sick of the internet going off and on. I was thinking in connecting openserve and I can not get an address or phone number to call. So better forget it . Telkom if you don't clean your act you are going to loose your clients, and then you are going to be out of a job.
ReplyDeleteWhen you want peace of mind stay away from Telkom,as I am speaking now I am paying what I cannot enjoy.I have contract with them ,they provided me with router agreeing that they will topup with 15gb at the price of only R100 ,,I agreed but now I am regretting why did I make deal with them! I have tried their customers care line ,I can't get hold of them.I am saying this now because now I am paying R600 for 2gb.Why Telkom is doing this ? I don't know, Did they care about their business?
