ReplyDeleteI would like to request that Alitalia looks into flying directly to Cape Town or like some of the other airlines fly's out of cape town international and stops to pick up other passengers in Johannesburg. Why did they not do a survey. Passengers from Cape Town mostly always pick an airline that has a direct flight to Europe. British airways klm air France emirates luphthansa. Why are all 4 flights flying out of Johannesburg at least 1 should fly out of cape town or fly out of cape town and pick up the other passengers in Johannesburg but you don't get off the flight. Convenience! Cape Town is huge tourist destination so why choose Johannesburg?

My booking Ref. No. FDHNNQ has been rescheduled three times with two flights on the outward bound trip cancelled. I am now forced to cancel the whole booking and request a refund.
